Reflections on Greystone: It Takes a Village
It is crazy to think that the Luxe Magazine Greystone Showhouse now only exists in print. Daily, I think about how much I would love to go back, pour myself a cocktail and sit down, and just really enjoy the space. The experience was packed with so many emotions, and while I was living through it, I don't think I ever really stopped to fully appreciate what my team and I had created. I sit here today looking though the images and reflecting upon the experience. I can't help it, but I want to kiss all of my amazing collaborators. None of it would have been possible without the support and generosity of each and every individual. I have come to realize that business is so much more fun, and more successful, when you have collaborators, cohorts, and coconspirators: the people that are there for you, pull strings for you, and make you look good in front of your clients. Today I want to thank each and every one of them.
First and foremost, thank you to Pam Jaccarino and the team at Luxe for selecting me to be a part of this show house. And in no particular order, my unending gratitude to Paul Montomery, Studio E Inc, Dennis & Leen, Madison Gallery, Lori Cozen Geller, Quadrille, Cowtan & Tout, Rogers & Goffigan, Tai Ping, C'est la Vie Antiques, Cote Jardin Antiques, Urban Electric, Appliqué Artistry, Formations, Orchid de Oro, Joan Bonetti, Vaugn Lighting, Corbin Bronze, and Farrow & Ball.
