Inspired by: Niharika Hukku

While traveling down the Instagram rabbit hole this past weekend, I discovered the artist Niharika Hukku.  Finding her work threw me into a tails pin, furiously clicking, devouring image after image.   One such image that caught my eye was this swarm of fish:

Just moments after cataloging the image, my girls asked me to paint with them.  Armed with this gorgeous image, we set out to create our own swarm, or as Maggie corrected me, school of fish.

I can't even begin to tell you how wonderful and inspiring this moment was with my girls. Everything felt just right in the world!
