Thank you: Coastal Living

I am thrilled to share with you a feature in the latest issue of Coastal Living. Having lived in the New England and now Southern California, I am extremely inspired by the water and how it influences the way we live. Yes, as a designer we take cues from the surrounding environment, but it is more than that, it is an emotion that it induces and a lifestyle it promotes. For instance, in this feature, I am sitting in a space that we designed on Coronado Island. We loved and incorporated the natural textures and colors found just outside their door, and tried to create a fresh and calming feel. Further, cantina doors that open right up to the outdoor space facilitate the indoor outdoor/living and entertaining that Coronado calls for. Here is a look into the space we designed for our clients.
